Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Aella piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind where:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags remain attached

Approved returns are issued as a store credit.


2. Exchanges

Due to limited stock, we are unable to guarantee exchanges.

If you are wanting a particular item you can see in stock, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item.


3. Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are final sale unless faulty.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.


5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

7. Processing

Once received and approved, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
